Shipping Times And Methods
Shipping Times Gold and silver are shipped and invoiced separately on a first paid / first shipped basis
Orders paid by wire: Gold, Platinum, and Palladium are shipped within 48 working hours of receipt of your wire. Silver is typically shipped within 5 working days after receipt of your wire. Silver is not shipped on Friday (and is not considered a work day), as UPS is closed over the weekend and does not deliver on weekends. Wires received after 12:00 noon PST will be posted as received the following business day.
Orders paid by check: We hold all orders paid by check for 10 working days after the check is received.
Shipping Methods The Tulving Company ships free overnight shipping on all orders within the continental U.S. Gold, Platinum, and Palladium are shipped USPS Overnight Express Mail. Silver is shipped UPS Overnight Next Day Air Saver.

Silver ships UPS Overnight Next Day Air Saver. UPS Tracking Numbers are sent via e-mail, e-mails are sent from UPS Quantum View, not The Tulving Company. We must have your email address to send you your UPS Tracking Numbers. If we do not, call Karen Mon-Fri @ 800-995-1708 from 3:00pm to 4:00pm PST, or email it along with your name and shipping address anytime to hannes@tulving.com.

We accept the following forms of payment: Payment is due within 24 hours of placing an order.

2) Check Sent via USPS Overnight Express Mail to P.O. To set up an account before you place an order: Email us at hannes@tulving.com In the subject line put "Set up new account" In the body of the email put you Name, Shipping Address, and daytime phone number.
You can set up an account on the phone when you place your order but only Mon-Fri 8:00am to 4:00pm Use the email account set up if it's before or after the times posted above.

Hannes takes a dinner break every night from about 5:00pm to 6:30 pm PST.

Spot Prices and Market Volatility
The spot price we typically use to buy and sell from, is kitco.com "ask". http://www.kitco.com/market/
Spot prices shown on The Tulving Company website are indicators only. As spot prices change, up or down, minute by minute. Overseas markets can be volatile, and many times, are not indications for the direction in prices of the U.S. market. Because of market volatility, orders must be by phone only. We are open 24 hours a day-7 days a week to take orders.
The owner of the Tulving Company does not know whether the market for precious metals will go up or down. So the buying and selling decisions are totally up to you. We never give out advice. We think you should buy or sell what you want, when you want.
Sold out next to the price (spot + ? amount) means that item is not available. If it does not say sold out, then it is available for purchase. All bullion coins and bars sold are BU.

Buyer and Seller Obligations
Call 800-995-1708 to lock in current price and order. When the order is locked in, you are obligated to pay, whether the market goes up or down, and we are obligated to deliver at that price.
If and only if you do not pay us for the order you placed, the following will happen: All collection / and or attorneys fees are the responsibility of the client, if you cancel or do not pay in a timely manner (as we specify). Mail fraud or internet fraud is taken very seriously by the postal inspectors. If convicted, it is up to 5 years in jail for every count. Canceling or not paying for a confirmed order may be considered fraud.
