Before or after times listed above: If you call early mornings, late nights, weekends or holidays, you will be talking to Hannes Tulving Jr, owner of The Tulving Company. The best time to ask him questions is 6:30 pm to 5:30am PST. Hannes takes a break for about an hour every once in a while to run, so if you do not reach him, try again an hour later. Hannes takes a dinner break every night from about 5:00pm to 6:30 pm PST.
